We uncover the friction holding your digital experience back and turn those insights into better UX, stronger conversions and measurable performance improvements.

We read the site first
Words and layout together
A real page in days
Handover as working code
The faults we find are almost never about how a site looks — they're about the order things happen in, which is why they survive redesign after redesign.
Note 01
Three numbers, not twelve. A sceptical reader checks the one that sounds too good — so the figures here are the ones we can stand behind, and the zero is doing as much work as the revenue line.
Every engagement opens with a read of the live site, because we'd rather design against evidence than a brief. What follows is your call.
Three things that only work when the team is small enough for one person to hold the whole project in their head.
A read of the live site, a new homepage, the words for every page and a migration plan — for the UK's number one plant-based gut health brand.
Dairy-free probiotic drinks, shots and powders sold direct. People reorder monthly, which puts nearly all the commercial weight on two screens: the homepage, where a first-time visitor decides whether this is for them, and the product page, where that decision either becomes an order or doesn't.
The one that mattered most
It routed to
/null. Anyone who clicked landed nowhere and the session ended
there — invisible from the inside, and close to invisible in
analytics, because a lost session looks like a bounce rather
than an alarm.
The site talked about gut health before it made the case for a specific product on a specific occasion.
Does it work is the entire argument in this category, and the answer arrived after the reader had stopped asking.
The thing that turns a £12 order into a £144 year wasn't there at the moment of the decision.
Note 02
One project told properly beats six logos in a row. The hardest finding gets the dark panel, because a broken button is checkable in a way that "we improved the experience" never is.
No retainer you can't leave and no hourly bill you can't predict. We use the rate to reach a number, then agree that number and a date.
In every engagement
Rates exclude VAT. Timelines in brackets are placeholders — swap them for your real ones.
We build with AI in the room — Claude, working to a structure a person decided after reading your site. Not a template with your logo dropped in.
We read your site first
Before we touch a layout. The brief comes out of what we find, not a kick-off call.
The order is decided
Section by section: what each one does, and which hesitation it answers.
Built, not drawn
Words and layout made together, straight into a working page. Days, not weeks.
You use it, we change it
You spend the review arguing about decisions instead of waiting for them. Changes come back the same day.
Shipped, or handed over
Into Shopify or Webflow by us — or to your developers as code, with the intent written down.
When you work with Structra Studio, you're trusting us with more than a website. You're trusting us with your brand, your customers' experience, and a part of your business's future. I take that responsibility seriously.
Note 03
The AI claim is made on a page you're already scrolling, where it can be checked, and framed as a change to the shape of the project rather than a discount.
A free read of your live site, written on your own pages — something you can forward to your developer whether or not you end up working with us.
Thanks — we'll come back to you within 12 working hours. We'll have opened your site before we reply, so the first message will already have something in it.
